Whatever the size of your project, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll take the time to look at and analyze your project carefully.

Directional drilling

Directional drilling is a technology that allows pipes to be buried without trenching, by drilling horizontally underground without harming the surrounding environment. This technology helps to protect nature and the surrounding environment.

The advantages of directional drilling include:

  • Respect for the environment: low-noise machinery, no habitat destruction;
  • Quick to set up and reduce work duration;
  • No disruption to life during construction;
  • Respect for existing infrastructure;
  • Cleaner work site.

Rock drilling and pile driving

Pile driving (push pipe) is an innovative method of horizontal drilling in which a steel pipe is inserted into the ground in a straight line using an air hammer, without the need for trenching.

This method is mainly used for short drilling distances, e.g. under roads or railroads.

The advantages of directional drilling include:

  • Highly efficient technique;
  • Quick to install;
  • Low-cost installation of large-diameter pipes;/li>
  • Very little ground movement;
  • No disruption to traffic, even rail traffic.

Sewage, Water & Telecommunications Excavation

Trenchless technology is increasingly in demand. Infrastructure owners are increasingly looking for efficient, reliable solutions for burying their conduits. The technique used by Fusosol is mainly suited to the installation of aqueduct networks, sewers, telecommunication cables and gas pipes, which can present certain technical difficulties with conventional excavation.

Excavation

We possess the machinery, equipment and skilled manpower to carry out open-trench excavation work as well. This allows us to offer turnkey projects.

HDPE pipe fusion services

Merging pipes creates a single, continuous system that protects the pipe’s contents from leaking out or being infiltrated by the outside environment. It also prevents leaks on unstable or muddy ground, or during flooding.

What’s more, the fused joints are as strong as the pipe itself. HDPE pipes are used for water inlets, rainwater and drinking water networks, as well as mine tailings lines.

Fusosol provides certified and professional HDPE pipe fusion services.

Our past projects

Over the past few years, Fusosol has carried out several projects in various sectors, including telecommunications, sewage and aqueduct. With many kilometres of pipes installed by directional drilling and our expertise, we are qualified for all types of projects, whatever the obstacles to be overcome.
